Eligibility for Returns

- Items are unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Items are returned in their original packaging (with tags and labels attached)
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as bodysuits and undergarments may not be eligible for return once worn or opened. (This will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.)
How to Request a Return

- Receive return instructions: Our team will provide the return address and next steps within 24–48 hours.
- Ship your item: Carefully pack and ship your item to the address provided.
- Receive your refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Once your return is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’ll take immediate action to replace the item or issue a full refund — no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed clothing
- Bodysuits and undergarments (if packaging has been opened)
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Blazeo will cover all shipping costs.
- For all other returns (such as size or preference changes), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
