1. How do I place an order?
Simply visit www.blazeo.shop, browse our women’s activewear collections, choose your favorite items, select your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready, go to checkout and follow the secure payment process.
2. Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest.
However, creating a free Blazeo account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history easily.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at support@blazeo.shop.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot make further modifications.

Yes! Blazeo offers free shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.
6. How long does shipping take?
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Processing time: 1 business day after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
7. Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers located in Oklahoma City, OK and partner facilities across the U.S.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Blazeo ships only within the United States.

9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
